No matter what happens you can beat depression. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you different. It will be hard, it hurts and its scary, but it is the only thing that will happen to you if you just keep trying. Im talking about simple things here, like using your favorite set of clean sheets, making more art, drinking more water. These things seem little but they are big when you are hurting this bad. Just start with what you can manage and you will know how to handle your pain better because you are treating yourself better. You are so amazing and strong, you already have the light and love in you to do this. You just have to let it out, breath it in and know that you are ok because you are so much stronger than you can imagine in this very moment.
