my mom was telling me how she no longer trust me, i am not allowed sleepovers or to go anywhere without her physically dropping me off. I was so confused, i didnt know what shes talking about. When i went into my room i saw that my VERY private journal, that noone not even my best friend on the planet is aloud to read has been read by her. Which means she now knows about me cutting,drinking and sneaking out. She never admited to reading it but she wont tell me exactly why shes mad. what do i do
Your Mom invaded your privacy which she had no right to do. You are in a very tight spot right now. What you need to do is talk to her, you sound really confused about her actions. You did make some not so great choices (trust me we all do), so since she knows, it will cause her to punish you. Mostly your Mom is probably scared if she has found out you have been hurting yourself and sneaking out. You have to talk to her, make sure you tell her exactly what is confusing you and bothering you so you can fix those things. i hope this helped and good luck<3
